Kainos Receives Three Grants to Support Growth and Student Opportunities

We are excited to share some wonderful news! Over the past few weeks, Kainos has received three grants totaling $10,750. Each of these gifts will support our school in a unique way, from helping us prepare for future growth to creating new learning opportunities for our students.

We are incredibly grateful to the organizations that have chosen to invest in Kainos and the work we are doing.

Ignite 121 Impact Holdings Awards Kainos $10,000

Ignite 121 Impact Holdings, a Christ-centered public impact investment platform of Ambassador Enterprises, generously awarded Kainos a $10,000 unrestricted grant to support our continued growth.

As Kainos continues to prepare for additional space, there are a number of important, and costly, steps required to make that possible. This grant will help cover the cost of installing a fire alarm system as well as architectural services needed for a new space.

We are incredibly thankful for Ignite 121’s generosity, their investment in our future, and their belief in the work happening at Kainos.

Beacon Credit Union Supports Kainos Through Project Spotlight

Kainos was also honored to receive a $250 grant from Beacon Credit Union through its Project Spotlight initiative.

Project Spotlight is designed to identify and support worthwhile projects in the communities Beacon serves. Through the initiative, community members nominate local organizations and projects, helping Beacon support both large and small efforts while bringing greater awareness to the good things happening in communities every day.

We are grateful to have been nominated and thankful to Beacon Credit Union for choosing to support Kainos!

Indiana DNR Helps Take Learning Outdoors

Finally, Kainos received a $500 Discover the Outdoors Field Trip Grant from the Indiana Department of Natural Resources.

This grant will provide our students with the opportunity to take their learning beyond the classroom and experience one of Indiana’s state parks firsthand. We are hoping to put the grant to use very soon with a field trip to Chain O’Lakes State Park!

Experiences like these give our students opportunities to explore, ask questions, make connections, and learn from the world around them. We are excited to give them another opportunity to learn through experience.

Grateful for Those Who Believe in Kainos

These three grants may support very different needs, but they have something important in common: each represents an investment in our students and the future of Kainos.

As our school continues to grow, partnerships like these make a meaningful difference. They help us create spaces where students can thrive, provide experiences that extend learning beyond the classroom, and give us the resources we need to continue building toward our vision for Kainos.

We are deeply grateful to Ignite 121 Impact Holdings, Beacon Credit Union, and the Indiana Department of Natural Resources for their generosity and support.

Thank you for believing in what we are building and, most importantly, for investing in the students we have the privilege of serving.
