Enrollment Steps

Just like everything else at Kainos, enrollment is a personalized process to ensure that your student will succeed in our learning environment.

Typically, enrollment will follow the steps as outlined below.

Step 1

Schedule a tour.

Come and meet our staff and see our space. Students are encouraged to attend and ask questions!

We will share our handbook, academic calendar, and any other important information with you, as well as answer all your questions.

Step 2

After touring, if you believe that Kainos is the right fit for your family, we encourage you to complete the enrollment application and submit your enrollment fees.

Please note: The enrollment fee is due within 3 days of completing the enrollment application. All enrollment fees are non-refundable. We will not consider enrollment without full payment of the enrollment fee.

Step 3

Submit all academic records and the students birth certificate. The student will complete a placement test. Jill Haskins will reach out to schedule a placement testing time.

(You may email all records to jill@kainosmicroschool.com)

We will review the records and make the final enrollment determination.

Once the final enrollment determination has been made, pay the curriculum fee to ensure your child's spot is saved.
